It is #16DaysOfActivism and we remain defiantly hopeful as we continue to push for meaningful change.
This year, once again we are #UprootingMisogyny by raising awareness of how this harmful belief system underpins all forms of violence against women and girls - and we will not stop until we transform our culture.
We stand in solidarity with women all over the world facing the trauma of patriarchy and male violence in all its forms.
Our campaign for the next 16 days involves:
- Amplifying the voices of women and girls
- Exploring the link between misogyny and violence against women
- Raising awareness of online abuse - this year’s theme
- Highlighting how we can create change, together
Our main event will be our annual Reclaim The Night vigil and march taking place on Friday 5th December from 6pm at the Killacourt, Newquay.
