Access to Justice Support Workers

We have an exciting new project, working across Cornwall, Devon and Dorset, aimed at developing legal advice partnerships and upskilling TWCC practitioners to give women access to better advice. Acting as a broker to get survivors the best local/national advice, the post holders will collate resources and contacts to be used by all our practitioners, increasing access to local law firms with domestic abuse expertise, legal aid, free consultation and more.

Impact Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
Remote working with occasional travel to Cornwall
32-37hrs per week
The Impact Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will lead on monitoring , evaluation and impact across all aspects of TWCC’s delivery and will ensure that this is harmonised with the Effective Women’s Centre’s research project, in collaboration with Birmingham University. The key tool being used is the Women’s Risk and Needs Assessment (WRNA) and the post holder will develop a full range of monitoring, evaluation and impact tools across the organisation that are in harmony with the WRNA and various external funder requirements.
Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation measures which can evidence the impact of our systems change work, supporting the CEO in a range of activities such as Theory of Change, ensuring appropriate evidence is captured to support Social Value reporting and maintaining accurate and up to date records and preparing and presenting regular data and impact reports.

Service Manager – Bridge Project
37hrs per week
Part based in Bodmin, hybrid working considered.
The Bridge Project South West delivers the Independent Sexual Violence Advisor Service across Devon and Cornwall for all adults and children who have reported, or are considering reporting sexual assault, rape or sexual abuse. The Bridge Project is a service of TWCC Projects Ltd which is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Women’s Centre Cornwall.
Having commenced the service on 1st October 2024, this is an exciting time to join the service. Working closely with the Head of Services, the Service Manager will lead the team of experienced staff to realise the innovative new vision for the service.
Key responsibilities of the role will be to ensure that all adults and children accessing The Bridge Project receive a high quality, trauma informed service that meets their needs and supports any engagement with the criminal justice process. The post holder will provide effective Contract Management, including responsibility for performance and reporting as well as line management for team leaders and other staff where appropriate, supporting dynamic caseload management and staff wellbeing.

Support Service Manager – TWCC
37hrs per week
Based in Bodmin
TWCC’s Specialist Sexual and Domestic Abuse service provides a wide range of responsive services to meet the needs of women and girls who have experienced abuse.
We are looking to appoint a Service Manager to oversee the continued development of our core services of one-to-one and groupwork specialist support, trauma stabilisation, helpline, peer support and online survivor’s forum Campfire. This will involve nurturing the team of Coordinators and Team Leaders to provide creative approaches to delivering best outcomes for survivors and working with the wider management team to identify and implement innovative solutions.
Ensuring accurate and timely data and outcomes collection across the services, the post-holder will ensure that the service develops in line with the current needs of women and girls as well as ensure the robust training provision and development of the staff and volunteer team, many of whom have lived experience.
